Health tips need to be on Grooming. How to look your best

First impressions are usually the most impactful and play a very important role when meeting someone for the first time. Everyone wants to look good, and everyone wants to get noticed. Here are 7 tips on how you not only can look good, but also feel terrific.

1.   Wear the Attitude: The key to looking good is about feeling it. There’s no point wearing the most stylish outfit, and not being able to carry it off well. The secret to successful people is all about their attitude. Think positive, wear a smile and remove those vague; confused expressions from your face.
2.   Dress it Right: Style and fashion are ever-changing. What’s in today; is out tomorrow. It is important to figure out your style; and dress according to that. Wear clothes that describe who you are- that match your personality. Stay in tune with current trends, but do not blindly follow the rest.
3.   Exercise: Your body is what makes you beautiful. Remember that clothes only look good on you, if you have a well-poised figure to carry it off well in. It is a stabilizing force upon moods and emotions, and a very good stress-buster. Stay in tune with some physical activity- be it a sport or gym; but staying active and having a well-trimmed body goes a long way in getting noticed.
4.   Periodically cut your Nails:  Nail care plays a very important role in not only looking good, but also in hygiene as well. It is important to have a regular trim and nail file. Small things are noticed when meeting people, and lack of self-care creates a bad first impression.
5.   Body Language: Having the correct body language plays the most significant role on your grooming skills. Showing receptive signs like arms by the side, as opposed to crossed arms- which reveal a sign of barrier in communication plays a huge role on communication. Maintaining eye contact and maintaining the correct posture play a key role on your first impression, and also welcome or create barriers to communication.
6.   Always keep the essentials in your wardrobe:
It is always important to have essential items in your wardrobe. Well-fitted jeans, a plain white- T, a smart formal and informal jacket, stylish belts, etc are some of the items you may want to keep; it all however depends on your personality and your comfort level.

7.   Keep those tresses in shape:
Keeping your hair in a good shape always plays a role on creating impression. Dull, lifeless hair with split ends can be quite an unflattering show. Make sure you regularly keep the volume and body of your hair in shape, by going for regular trims.

Often misunderstood at times, grooming includes allot more than basic hygiene. It’s about proper conduct, and behaviour as well. One must always be particular about their posture, attitude, body language, besides basic hygiene and wearing trendy clothes. Carrying yourself confidently and with the right attitude is the secret towards good impressions.
